The digital boiler room
For over ten years, the boiler room has been our professional home. With ib Company, we have developed sensory measuring solutions and a cloud infrastructure for large real estate companies such as Swiss Life. This has enabled us to measure and record all system data, centralize operation and fault messages, and enrich ESG reporting with relevant data.
Based on the large measurement system, we are working on a solution that will allow even small and medium-sized real estate companies to digitize their heating basements. After almost a year of development, it's finally here: The Sensaru System – the first measurement system that every facility manager can quickly and easily install themselves.
